Books

https://bookdown.org/
Recommendation from Compcancer: Quite a few books on R programming. I would recommend books by Hadley Wickham, such as "R for Data Science". There is a German book "Statistik Vorlesung" by Lisa Lechner which might be of interest. Or "Introduction to Data Science" by Ron Sarafian. For more advanced people you can check out "Computational Genomics with R" by Altuna Akalin.
